Benjamin Button

It's been our tradition to go see a movie on the day after Christmas. This year we are changing it up a bit and going to see a movie 2 days after Christmas. Because we're exciting and like things unpredictable :). Kids want to see the Adam Sandler movie, Bedtime Stories, but I really want to see the Brad Pitt one, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. No, not just because Brad Pitt is in it, that's just an added bonus. But because I love the premise-that he's born old and "grows younger" as time goes by. I actually have thought about that before and thought it would be a great idea for a novel. It is based on a short story written by F. Scott Fitzgerald. Even though I'm a Fitzgerald fan, I never read that one. What would it be like to be growing younger instead of older? Youth is wasted on the young as the classic saying goes, and wouldn't it be cool to relive your youth with the knowledge you have now? Except the part that you keep getting younger and younger. That would kind of suck.....I can't imagine my husband taking care of me as a baby!
